Wir suchen einen engagierten und kreativen Marketing- und Produktspezialisten, der unsere einzigartigen Produkte und unsere Marke vorantreiben möchte. Als Teil unseres erfolgreichen Teams wirst du die Vermarktung unserer Produkte und die Stärkung unserer Marke vorantreiben. Du wirst mit uns gemeinsam die neuesten Züchtungen in Versuchen bewerten und entscheiden, welche Pflanzengenetik wir in Zukunft anbieten.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Management unseres Maissortenportfolios für den konventionellen und biologischen Anbau
  • Positionierung unserer Sorten in den Marktsegmenten und Anbauregionen
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unseres digitalen Auftrittes (Social Media, Google Adwords, Video Streaming Plattformen)
  • Konzeption, Planung und eigenständige Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen
  • Erstellung von Content Marketing Inhalten und Kampagnen z.B. Videoreihen
  • Organisation der KWS Maissortendemos in Zusammenarbeit mit den Anbauberatern
  • Organisation und Durchführung des Erntezeitpunkt - Monitorings für Silomais und zugehörigen Veranstaltungen
  • Verantwortung für Projekte
