Job Title: Laboratory Quality Control Specialist

Company Overview: Discover International is a global leader in vaccine manufacturing, with a strong presence in Germany.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QC Chemistry expert to join our motivated and dedicated QC lab team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Manage and oversee the analytical systems in accordance with QA protocols to ensure quality testing at all times.
  • Inspections and Evaluations: Conduct regular inspections and evaluations to meet GMP Standards, ensuring a high level of quality and compliance.
  • Sample Preparation and Analysis: Prepare samples, conduct further processing, and perform evaluations to assess the quality of our products.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Evaluate, assess, and document the results of analyses to ensure accurate and reliable data.
  • Team Collaboration: Encourage and enforce cleanliness and safe working conditions among team members to ensure a healthy and productive work environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize HPLC / Chromatography techniques to analyze and evaluate the quality of our products.

Requirements:

  • Lab Experience: Possess knowledge and practical experience of laboratory workings, including GMP regulations.
  • Professional Experience: Have professional experience in a GMP regulated lab environment.
  • Work Habits: Demonstrate an independent, structured, and reliable way of working.
  • Language Skills: Be fluent in German and English.
