We're looking for a Product Manager (m/w/d) for Automation in the Field of Soldering

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product strategies aligned with our company's overall vision
  • Design and improve existing products and manufacturing processes
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and deployment
  • Identify and prioritize product portfolio optimization opportunities
  • Work closely with product managers from other product lines to align roadmaps and standardize products
  • Analyze product ideas and business cases with interdisciplinary teams and key customers
  • Support sales and marketing teams as a domain expert in product development and pre-sales activities
  • Maintain relationships with strategic customers and partner organizations
Your Profile:
  • You have a degree in Automation Technology, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • You have experience in the field of soldering and are familiar with the principles of machining and material processing
  • You think from a customer perspective and identify potential areas for improvement in industrial manufacturing and automation
  • You can describe customer requirements in the form of target specifications and task lists for the development department
  • You have experience in product management, including business model development, user requirement specification, and stakeholder management
  • You have excellent communication skills and are able to manage stakeholders effectively
  • You have a strategic mindset and are willing to take on operational tasks when necessary
  • You have very good English language skills
  • You are willing to travel internationally, with a focus on the DACH region (approximately 15% of the time)
