**About the Role**
Within our Service Unit Europe, we offer students the opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into the operational HR area at HELM AG and develop initial practical experience in various HR functions as part of an internship.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the team with a variety of tasks in day-to-day business along the entire employee lifecycle, including maintaining our SAP Successfactors employee management system and other personnel administration tasks.
- Prepare employment contracts, references, or other certificates, and collaborate with the team on current HR projects.
- Contribute your own ideas to continuously optimize our HR processes and support the colleagues in the correspondence with applicants or appointment coordination.
**Your Profile**
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in the field of business administration, humanities, or economics.
- You have a high sense of responsibility, flexibility, and initiative, and enjoy working in a team.
- You are proficient in common IT applications such as the MS Office package, and ideally have knowledge of personnel management systems and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, LinkedIn, or Cornerstone.
- You also enjoy working in an international environment and can communicate fluently in English and German.
