Your Role

As a Business Automation Manager at FINN, you'll be at the forefront of driving change and innovation. You'll work closely with our business stakeholders to identify areas for process optimization and automation, leveraging state-of-the-art web tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Problem Identification: You'll be the driving force behind identifying areas for process revisitation, automation, or tooling, working closely with stakeholders to understand their daily challenges and analyze data to inform your decisions.
  • Prioritization and Solution Development: You'll work with your supervisor to prioritize projects based on data and user feedback, conceptualizing lean and pragmatic solutions that validate assumptions quickly and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Solution Implementation: You'll build solutions using our No-/Low-Code Setup, onboarding users to new processes and tools, and ensuring seamless adoption.
  • Effective Stakeholder Communication: Throughout the development process, you'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineers, product managers, and data analysts to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in a high-performance environment, with a passion for problem-solving and a fast-paced work environment.
  • Keen to work entrepreneurial in making processes more efficient and improving the customer experience with new and creative approaches.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, paired with a highly analytical mindset and a sense of pragmatism.
  • Natural curiosity about how things work and interest in developing technical skills such as database design or web development.
