Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement evidence-based nursing practices, focusing on the care of complex patients.
- Provide expert guidance, training, and support to individual staff members, patient groups, and external organizations.
- Collaborate with departmental leadership and interdisciplinary teams to implement patient-centered care systems.
- Initiate and participate in ethics case discussions.
- Establish communication structures for knowledge sharing and transfer with station teams, supervisors, and nursing development/research teams.
- Develop and participate in cross-departmental projects and support academic nursing staff.
- Support, promote, and network with academic nurses.
- Completed, state-recognized nursing education.
- Master's degree in APN or nursing science.
- Professional experience in a specific field of nursing, focusing on direct, clinical patient care.
