We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CNC operator (m/w/d) / machinist (m/w/d) to join our team at Walter-Fach-Kraft GmbH & Co. KG. As a CNC operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring high-quality production and meeting production targets.

• Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality parts
• Monitor and control machine settings to ensure optimal performance
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines
• Collaborate with production team to meet production targets and deadlines
• Participate in quality control processes to ensure high-quality products

• Completed apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the metalworking industry
• Experience with CNC programming and operation (Siemens, Heidenhain, etc.)
• Good knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
