Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Post Sales Representative to join our team in Frankfurt. As a Post Sales Representative, you will play a key role in enabling sales teams to focus on the sales process and ensuring a positive customer experience at contract conclusion. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Leadership, and Delivery to identify and implement the right mix of tools and processes to realize opportunities quickly.

Your Future Responsibilities

  • Support the management and processing of orders, invoicing, and coordination of product delivery to ensure an optimal customer experience.
  • Support the steering and improvement of the sales cycle from offer creation to invoicing, including the use of CRM and financial platforms.
  • Close collaboration with key business functions throughout the offer-to-order lifecycle, including Product Delivery, Finance, and Legal, to clarify order-related issues and process orders efficiently and error-free.
  • Creation of feasibility checks for new customer inquiries (in close collaboration with Delivery Teams and Operations).
  • Effective management of multiple simultaneous inquiries and adherence to deadlines.
  • Compliance with company guidelines, knowledge of business rules, and revenue recognition principles.

Your Profile

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or Finance, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and solution-focused, proactive, and able to prioritize.
  • Ability to build close working relationships with team members across various departments and/or management levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of the sales cycle and common sales-related issues with a desire to drive improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, digital, and international environment.
