Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Reporting Professional to join our team at AXIS Group. This exciting opportunity involves producing detailed analyses in connection with IFRS 17 figures and Solvency 2 regulatory reporting.

About the Role:

  • Closely coordinate with the actuarial team to ensure smooth communication and understanding of data and calculations required for accounting production.
  • Analyze IFRS 17 figures, working closely with contributors to produce detailed analyses essential for all stakeholders, including governance bodies.
  • Produce Solvency 2 regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with Commissariat Aux Assurances requirements on time.
  • Participate in the maintenance of production tools, contributing to the management and optimization of tools used for accounting production in response to operational and normative changes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A higher education in business, engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years' experience in consolidation, insurance accounting, actuarial work, or external audit, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance accounting mechanisms and applicable standards (IFRS/LUXGAAP/SII).
  • Mastery of consolidation tools, particularly SAP BFC.
  • The ability to work as part of a team, handle, and analyze figures.
  • Good writing and summarizing skills to prepare reports for management, supervisory authorities, and the public.
  • Commitment and rigor to guarantee quality and meet deadlines in report production.
