At Exyte Central Europe GmbH, we're seeking a highly skilled and ambitious professional to lead our building automation team. As a strong communicator and project manager, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing complex building automation systems in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

With a strong background in automation technology, electrical engineering, or technical computer science, you'll bring expertise in planning and designing building automation systems, including BMS/EMS systems for regulated cleanroom environments. Your experience in procurement, supplier management, and quality assurance will be invaluable in ensuring the success of our projects.

We're looking for a team player who can motivate and develop their colleagues, working collaboratively with engineers from various disciplines to deliver innovative solutions. If you're passionate about modern building technology and IT automation concepts, we want to hear from you.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and design of building automation systems
  • Manage projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and quality
  • Develop and implement complex solutions in building automation and digitalization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative projects
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements
  • Technical studies in automation technology, electrical engineering, or technical computer science
  • Experience in plant project planning in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Subproject and project management know-how
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Very good knowledge of German (C1) and English (B2)
