At AMBOSS, we're on a mission to empower physicians to provide the best possible care. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physician Assistant Educator to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality educational content for PA students.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with our medical editors to create and optimize content tailored to the PA curriculum.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based educational materials, including practice exam questions, detailed explanations, articles, and illustrations.
  • Work closely with our editorial team to enhance the didactic value of content and ensure it meets the highest standards.
  • Become an expert in using our content management system to create engaging and interactive content.

What We're Looking For:

  • Completed Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE)
  • Excellent English language skills (minimum C1 level or equivalent; spoken and written)
  • Digital literacy and fluency
  • Experience with AMBOSS as a user, and experience with the creation of educational content and/or tutoring are considered a plus
  • Full-time availability is preferred (minimum availability of 20h/week)
  • Being located in or willing to relocate to Germany is a plus (home office from within the US is possible under certain circumstances)

Our Interview Process:

  • A 30-minute call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers to get to know you and understand your career motivations.
  • A skills assessment to find out more about your ability to produce well-researched, accurate, concise, and clearly structured content.
  • A 60-minute call with the Hiring Manager and two members of the internal medicine team to discuss your assessment and get to know each other.
