Job Title: PreMaster Program

Job Description

As a Premaster in Engineering, you will play a crucial role in supporting our development engineers in supervising inertial sensors in ramp-up or series production. A key aspect of this work involves continuous improvement of test programs or optimization through data analysis and failure analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising inertial sensors in production and assist in the development of test programs.
  • Conduct data analysis and failure analysis to optimize sensor performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sensor development and production processes.
  • Develop and enhance demonstrators using Bosch Sensortec sensors and Arduino Nicla Sense ME.

Requirements:

  • Excellent bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Materials Science, or related fields.
  • Strong technical comprehension, team skills, and sociability.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, and 3D modeling for 3D printing.
  • Knowledge of MEMS sensors, data analysis, and programming.
  • Full professional proficiency in English; German is a plus.

About the Bosch PreMaster Program:

The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates who want to complete a Master's degree. The program provides up to 12 months of practical experience and includes additional events and seminars, as well as personal mentoring.
