Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Culture Strategist to join our International Human Resources team at STADA Arzneimittel AG. This role will focus on driving our Growth Culture, which is crucial in achieving our ambitious growth goals.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be part of our Global Culture & People team and report directly to the Chief People Officer. Our team is dedicated to enabling the organization, leaders, and their teams to make a higher impact by living our Purpose, Values, and Vision.

As a Global Culture Strategist, you will be responsible for facilitating diverse activities within the managerial scope of the CPO, including preparing executive presentations, coordinating meetings and projects, and defining and tracking follow-up activities. You will also lead global Culture & People projects in close collaboration with the Leadership Team.

Your key responsibilities will include managing relationships and collaborating closely with the Culture & People Leadership Team and key stakeholders from our Global Executive Team. You will coordinate the Culture & People Leadership activities, meetings such as Global conferences and business reviews.

You will proactively drive the Culture & People initiative planning process in close collaboration with the Leadership Team and support in determining and prioritizing business requests. Additionally, you will actively engage in organizational development to foster the cultural transformation in line with our company values: Integrity, Entrepreneurship, Agility, and One STADA.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in a top-tier consulting firm, focusing on strategic projects with executive and investor involvement.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to meet tight deadlines while managing complex stakeholder expectations.
  • Solid business acumen with an understanding of Culture & People/Organizational Development strategies.
  • Experienced in creating and presenting executive presentations to C-suite leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Discreet and able to handle sensitive Culture & People topics with professionalism.
  • Proactive and hands-on, with a readiness to challenge the status quo.
  • Willing to travel occasionally to engage with stakeholders across different markets.
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

The estimated salary for this role is around €65,000-€80,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.
