About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Study Advisor (m/w/d) to join our team at ESO Education Group. As a Study Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting students who are interested in pursuing a Master's degree.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized guidance and support to students throughout their application process, from initial contact to enrollment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, academic staff, and other stakeholders to promote the Master's programs and ensure a smooth application process.
  • Design and deliver marketing and communication activities to promote the Master's programs, including information sessions, fairs, and individual consultations.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage and maintain student data in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain students.
  • Represent ESO Education Group at information sessions, fairs, and other events to promote the Master's programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a business focus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
