Life and Health Reinsurance Specialist

Are you a skilled mathematician, actuary, or physicist looking for a challenging role in life and health reinsurance? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Hannover Re.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand our worldwide annuity portfolio, working closely with international locations and our Data Analytics and Group Risk teams.
- Model, price, and underwrite individual annuities and pension blocks, as well as prepare portfolio and product analyses.
- Provide customer support and present reinsurance solutions.
- Analyze data and determine mortality assumptions.
- Develop individual strategies and concepts for marketing annuity reinsurance products.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in mathematics or physics.
- Initial experience in the (re-)insurance industry, with a focus on longevity.
- Proficient in Excel and R, as well as other programming skills.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English and German.
- Interest in training as an actuary.
- International mindset and willingness to travel.
