Job Description

Randstad, a leading HR services company, seeks a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team in Dudelange. As the perfect fit for this role, you will ensure the implementation, coordination, and maintenance of quality systems across European entities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the day-to-day application of standards requirements at Headquarters and coordinating Quality Assurance programs for European entities;
  • Raising awareness among employees about QSE-FS practices and procedures, as well as directing and controlling their efforts in these areas;
  • Supporting the Quality Manager in maintaining and developing systems that manage risks according to legal, standards, and contractual requirements.

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including employees, customers, and authorities. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in achieving the department's objectives.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree;
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in quality assurance;
  • Fluent English language skills;
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written);
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Standards Management ISO 9001, 22000, and 13485.
