**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Innendienstmitarbeiter to join our Fachabteilung Heizung team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, providing expert technical advice, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, from initial consultation to order fulfillment and after-sales support.
  • Foster strong customer relationships through in-depth technical knowledge and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, presenting tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with our Vertriebsaußendienst team to ensure seamless customer service.

**Requirements**

  • Completed kaufmännische and/or technische Ausbildung.
  • Several years of experience in our industry, with a deep understanding of the working day of our Fachhandwerkskunden.
  • Passion for sales and a strong desire to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a confident and friendly telephone manner.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent team player, with a talent for organization and a high level of initiative.
