Your Key Responsibilities
- Operational steering, reporting, and analysis of operational KPIs/business cases
- Financial modeling and ROI estimates of business initiatives and support decision-making process with research, data, and analysis
- Facilitate operational reviews and controlling of operational & trade organization
- Identify and promote new innovative ideas and challenge established practices, defend your thesis in front of the senior management of operations and finance teams
- Identify, set-up, and lead programs focused on improving our profitability management processes

Requirements
- 2-4 years of previous work experience in similar financial or commercial or operations finance role
- A solutions-oriented analytical mindset, strong business judgment, forward thinking, innovative, continuous improvement mindset
- Detail-oriented with the ability to keep an eye on the big picture
- Ability to translate strategic concepts into numbers
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and complex modeling; SQL is a big plus
- Entrepreneurial thinker with hands-on mentality and the ability to remain agile in a continuously changing environment
- Senior and cross-functional stakeholder management in operations, finance, and business analytics and ability to pitch/defend ideas to senior team
- Proficient English, German is a plus
