Quality Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer (m/w/d) to join our team at REHAU. As a key member of our project development team, you will be responsible for planning and controlling quality in the context of new and ongoing developments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality plans and specifications for new and ongoing projects
• Collaborate with project engineers to ensure quality standards are met
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of quality-related documents
• Participate in audits and quality-related activities

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Ideally, you will have prior experience in the automotive industry and/or quality management.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in German and English
