About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the growth and development of our AI Campus community. As the Head of Community, you will be responsible for shaping and expanding our community in terms of size, quality, and collaborative potential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing growth initiatives, including partnerships, formats, and projects, in collaboration with Merantix leadership.
  • Overseeing community acquisition and sales processes, ensuring robust engagement and alignment with our mission.
  • Guiding content and marketing efforts to enhance our outreach and impact.
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve our goals and mission.

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial individual with a passion for community building and connecting people. If you have experience in managing and developing similar organizations, a good understanding of the AI ecosystem, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply.
