Wayfair is seeking an experienced Associate to join the EU Curated Merchandising team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in developing business strategies and assortment plans for Brand and Promotions campaigns, ensuring a best-in-class merchandising experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in identifying and selecting merchandise for Wayfair Promotions and Branded campaigns through seasonal and promotional assortment curations.
  • Conduct quality assurance for merchandise-related assets and propose alternatives when needed.
  • Analyze campaign and product performance to derive insights and improvement opportunities for future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the team's roadmap forward.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Brand, Business, or Economics.
  • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or corporate retail, preferably in buying/retail merchandising or retail home furnishing planning.
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally.
  • Experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel, GBQ, or Looker.
