Regional Marketing Manager for DACH Region

We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team as a Regional Marketing Manager for the DACH region. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive demand and revenue growth in this critical region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional marketing plans that support and align with the regional sales strategy.
- Own web performance for the FNB region, advocating for improvements that support conversion paths and optimizations.
- Identify, plan, track, and report on the main pipeline drivers for the region, including owned media, co-marketing, digital programs, event strategy, ABM, and email campaigns.
- Proactively find opportunities to increase Docebo's share of voice in the region, spearheading regional influencer marketing and co-marketing efforts.
- Partner with the global marketing team to localize demand gen, digital, and lifecycle programs where possible and needed.
- Become the go-to person for regional end-to-end audience understanding, including why we win or lose in the region and what is performing well.
- Help drive and coordinate the creation of customer case studies and success stories.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS organization.
- MUST be fluent in both English and German.
- Demand savviness, understanding how buyers buy today and challenging digital metrics.
- Revenue mindset, understanding what matters to the business and executing accordingly.
- Prior experience collaborating with sales teams, preferably within SaaS enterprise.
- Experience working closely with global marketing teams to build out and execute regional programs.
- Clear, eloquent communication in German and English (verbal and written).
- Expertise in your field, requiring minimal guidance to get projects rolling.
