Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Project Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our Program Management Office (PMO), you will be responsible for leading Green Packaging and Material Transformation projects within our Digital Factory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Green Packaging and Material projects governance and execution within Digital Factory
  • Be the single-point-of-contact regarding Green Packaging and Material projects in Digital Factory
  • Report on results and implement solutions in plants worldwide
  • Escalate and mitigate risks and roadblocks
  • Challenge and support program execution, provide guidance and tools if necessary
  • Animate a community, bridge teams, and share best practices

Requirements
  • Master's degree/Engineer with specialization in a related technical or environmental discipline
  • Internship or apprenticeship in a similar field
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and pivot tables
  • Fluent in English and French, German will be a plus
