Product Marketing Specialist

We're a pioneering company transforming the e-commerce returns process, aiming to reduce waste and costs for retailers. Our innovative technology automates returns and makes data-driven decisions to repurpose returns.
Job Title: Product Marketing ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Product Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling stories to market our product, highlighting its value, impact, and the innovative online shopping experience we're creating. Your role will involve:
- Gathering customer and demand insights to develop Go-to-Market strategies, customer segments, initiatives, and launches.
- Defining product positioning and ensuring the translation of our value proposition and key messages into marketing channels and creative campaigns.
- Creating sales assets (pitch decks, training materials, demos, comparisons) that demonstrate the power of our products.
Proficiency in both English and German (written and spoken) is required, as our primary market is German-speaking. We're looking for someone with:
- Talent, experience, drive, and work ethic to take ownership of their work.
- The ability to understand that good employees do what they're told, but great employees identify what needs to be done and take initiative.
