About the Role
As a Medical Assistant (m/w/d) in the Heart Catheter Laboratory, you will be responsible for assisting in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, preparing patients for procedures, and providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and execution of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Prepare patients for procedures and provide pre- and post-procedure care
- Monitor patients during procedures and provide technical support as needed
- Assist in the maintenance of medical equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies
Requirements
- Completed education in a relevant field, such as medical assisting, radiology, or a related field
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a cardiovascular or radiology department
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new procedures and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
