About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving and processing emergency calls and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to emergency calls and provide timely and effective assistance to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Communicate with emergency services, such as police and fire departments, to ensure prompt response to emergencies
  • Process and escalate customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers via phone, email, and in-person

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
