About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Allocator to join our team at s Group. As a key member of our procurement and planning team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing seasonal sales and procurement plans that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate sales and inventory forecasts, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and optimal inventory levels.
  • Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, inventory turnover, and stock levels to inform procurement and planning decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, purchasing, and design, to ensure seamless execution of procurement and planning processes.
  • Develop and manage procurement budgets for individual product categories, providing critical input to our product development and sourcing teams.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and logistics teams, to drive business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in procurement and planning.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
