Wir suchen einen Senior Design Engineer - EWIS (3D) in Festanstellung bei K-tronik GmbH. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie an der Entwicklung von 3D-Designs, Schaltplänen, Verdrahtungsdiagrammen und Zeichnungen für die Luft- und Raumfahrtbranche beteiligt.

Aufgaben:
  • Unterstützung bei den EWIS-Design-Aktivitäten, einschließlich Kabelbäume, Baugruppen und Bauteilen
  • Entwicklung von 3D-Designs, Schaltplänen, Verdrahtungsdiagrammen und Zeichnungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, um qualitativ hochwertige Designs sicherzustellen
  • Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung von EWIS-Prozessen, Richtlinien und Werkzeugen
Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Physik oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrt, insbesondere in einer Part 21J Design-Organisation
  • Erfahrung im elektrischen Kabelbaumdesign und -routing in der Luftfahrt
  • Kenntnisse in elektrischen 3D-Zeichentools wie NX
  • Nachweisbare Fähigkeiten zur Integration von Design- und Fertigungsmethoden in Produktdesigns
  • Grundkenntnisse in PDM/PLM-Systemen (Teamcenter oder Äquivalent)
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Luftfahrtnormen und -spezifikationen wie AC43.13-1B, ATA Kapitel 20, ATA 100, S1000D, ARP4754A und DO160
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Regeln für Kabelbaum-Routing und Installationen
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
