We're seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT Service Operations team in Viernheim/Leverkusen, Germany.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- IT Problem Solver: Provide expert support for all IT-related issues, ensuring seamless system operation and user satisfaction.
- LIS Expert: Collaborate with our Laboratory Information System (LIS) team to ensure its optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Tech Troubleshooter: Identify and resolve common IT issues, escalating complex problems to our IT Operations team for prompt resolution.
- Incident Manager: Maintain accurate records of incidents and requests in our IT service management system, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
- Technical Setup Specialist: Assist in deploying and configuring the latest hardware and software, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
- User Support Specialist: Deliver comprehensive training and support to our team members, empowering them to maximize the benefits of our IT systems.
- System Monitor: Continuously monitor our IT infrastructure to prevent and resolve issues, ensuring optimal system performance and uptime.
- Team Player: Collaborate with our IT team to deliver exceptional service, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive continuous improvement.
Your Ideal Profile:
- Experience: Proven IT support experience, with ITIL certification a plus.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, in-depth knowledge of IT systems (Windows OS, MS Office), and experience with incident management.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and French, with English a strong asset.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication skills, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and a team player with the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel to Antech sites for onsite support.
