Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT-Systemkoordinator, der sich auf die Verwaltung und Wartung von IT-Systemen in der Benelux-Region spezialisiert hat. Der Kandidat sollte über eine umfassende Kenntnis von IT-Projekten und -Systemen verfügen und in der Lage sein, komplexe Probleme zu lösen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Verantwortung für die Wartung und Administration von IT-Systemen in der Benelux-Region
  • Koordination von IT-Projekten und -Maßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung lokaler IT-Projekte
  • Vermittlung zwischen IT und Geschäftsteams
  • Regelmäßige Bedarfsermittlung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
  • Förderung von Innovationen und Digitalisierung
  • Koordination des Service-Desks
  • Verwaltung von Festnetz- und Mobiltelefonie
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in IT, Informatik oder Ingenieurwesen oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Langjährige Erfahrung im IT-Service Desk
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, insbesondere im Umgang mit komplexen Projekten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen (ca. 30% der Wochenarbeitszeit)
  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch
