Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing the store's daily activities, including sales floor operations, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create a positive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including window displays and in-store promotions.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining store inventory.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
