Are you a motivated and enthusiastic sales professional looking to launch your career in digital marketing? We're seeking a German-speaking Junior Sales Campaign Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to work with German-speaking clients, design and optimize Google Ads campaigns, and drive measurable results.

Your Role

- Partner with German-speaking clients to understand their business needs and help them maximize their advertising investments.
- Focus on sales and client success, working closely with clients to deliver data-driven insights and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Grow with us through comprehensive Google Ads training and sales development, setting you up for success in digital advertising and client relationship management.

Requirements

- Fluent in German (C1/C2) a must for this role.
- Proficient in English (B2) to ensure effective communication.
- 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or online advertising.
- EU citizenship or a residency permit that allows you to work in Spain.
- A keen interest in sales and a strong drive to help clients succeed through Google Ads.
