Your Role

  • Perform a range of tasks as a Haustechniker in building operations, including maintenance, repairs, and installations
  • Work closely with colleagues in the Haustechnik team to ensure seamless operations
  • Support and assist in the maintenance, repair, and replacement of building technical systems
  • Independently execute and oversee maintenance and repair tasks, including small construction projects
  • Participate in a weekly rotation system for on-call duties
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair services
  • Provide on-call support and participate in emergency response situations

Your Profile

  • A completed education in technical building services or a state-certified technician (electrical or HVAC) qualification
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards
  • Independent working style and organizational skills
  • Service-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven approach
  • Self-motivation, teamwork, accountability, and a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Excellent German language skills and basic English language skills
  • Familiarity with common PC software (MS Office, CAFM)
  • A valid Class B driver's license
