Deine Rolle

Als Lead Deal Architect arbeitest du vom Beginn bis zum Abschluss an Geschäftsmöglichkeiten. Du unterstützt die Business Development Leads in der Qualifizierung und Umfangsbestimmung von Deals, entwickelst Lösungskonzepte, erhältst Stakeholder-Genehmigungen, erstellst Kosten- und Risikomodelle und präsentierst diese Kunden.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Qualifizierung von potenziellen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Präsentation des umfassenden Produkt- und Serviceportfolios von Getronics
  • Proaktive Kundenansprachen außerhalb der üblichen Einkaufsprozesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden zur Ermittlung von Kaufkriterien und Analyse von Geschäftsstrategien, die in Architektur- und Designlösungen umgesetzt werden.
  • Analyse und Aufschlüsselung von Kunden-RFPs und RFIs.
  • Mitglied des Bid-Teams in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Business Development Lead, Bid Manager und Pricing Consultant
  • Einbringen von Innovationen zur Differenzierung der Getronics-Lösung von der Konkurrenz.
  • Leitung von Kundenworkshops zur gemeinsamen Entwicklung von Lösungen.
  • Erstellung von Lösungsdokumenten und Beitrag zu Bid-Antworten.
  • Entscheidende Rolle in der Kostenkalkulation
  • Leitung interner Lösungsworkshops mit Pricing, Bid Management, Service Delivery und Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) zur Sicherstellung der besten Lösungsarchitektur.
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung neuer Portfolioangebote
Dein Profil
  • Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung als Service-, Deal- und/oder Solution Architect, idealerweise in einer Pre-Sales-Rolle mit Fokus auf Managed Services und Outsourcing.
  • Fähigkeit, Geschäftsanforderungen (typischerweise aus RFI/RFP) eines Kunden zu übernehmen und in eine Lösung umzusetzen, die du intern zur Genehmigung präsentierst und anschließend dem Kunden vorstellst.
  • Tiefgehendes Verständnis aller Aspekte einer ICT Managed Solution, einschließlich Technologie, Service Delivery und kommerzieller Architektur von mittelgroßen bis großen IT-Outsourcing-Deals.
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Bereitstellung von Lösungen durch verschiedene Modelle wie Onshore, Offshore und Cloud.
