Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the site leadership in the operational daily business
  • Creation and distribution of employee and customer communications
  • Planning of appointments, organization of meetings and coordination of training
  • Ordering processes in SAP, accounting and control
  • Travel planning and checking expense reports in Concur
  • HR support in maintaining bookings and time accounts
  • System maintenance / administrator rights for file sharing platforms (e.g. SharePoint)
  • Support for organization and document management for emergency response / event management
  • Support in maintaining and controlling the EHS training matrix and the central EHS archive (archive)
  • Maintenance of distribution lists
  • Office supplies management

Requirements:

  • Prior completion of a commercial education for office management, commercial assistant or economic assistant in the field of information processing
  • Excellent organizational, administrative and planning skills
  • Communication strength on various levels of the company
  • Confident appearance and a structured way of working
  • Good knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Experience with SAP ECC (orders, accounting control)
  • Conversational English skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
