Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student ESG to support our ESG Manager in executing ESG and Sustainability projects at both strategic and operational levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of market developments, regulatory initiatives, and customer requirements in the context of ESG and Sustainability, and visualize results using advanced data visualization tools.
  • Assist with Decarbonization and ESG reporting efforts, ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks and regulations.
  • Develop and implement processes to further integrate ESG and Sustainability into the company, driving business growth and sustainability.
  • Support the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of committee meetings, workshops, training sessions, and other internal events.
Requirements
  • Passion for ESG and Sustainability, with a strong motivation to advance associated practices within organizations.
  • Currently enrolled in a master's program focused on ESG and Sustainability, or a business administration, natural sciences, or social sciences program with a strong emphasis on ESG and Sustainability.
  • Strong project management and self-organization skills, with experience in internships or working student positions in the field of ESG and Sustainability.
  • Knowledge of current and upcoming corporate ESG matters and frameworks, including Climate Change, Circular Economy, GHG Protocol, and OECD Guidelines.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Business fluent in English, with advanced proficiency in German a plus.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently, with a high level of initiative and a hands-on mentality.
  • Eager to continuously learn and broaden expertise in ESG and Sustainability.
