Scaffolding Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Gerüstbauer - Helfer / Werker / Monteur (m/w/d) to join our team at Bilfinger arnholdt GmbH in Karlsruhe. As a key member of our industrial scaffolding team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and removal of scaffolding systems in various industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and remove scaffolding systems in accordance with industry standards and company procedures
• Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding systems to ensure they are safe and secure
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on scaffolding equipment as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

• Completed apprenticeship or equivalent experience in scaffolding or a related field
• Proven track record of working safely and efficiently in industrial settings
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
