We are seeking a highly skilled Production Controller to join our team at Vality One Recruitment GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Production Planning and Control: Develop and implement production plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to meet business objectives.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to inform business decisions.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor production team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Analysis and Reporting: Conduct regular analysis of production data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in production management, operations, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency in SAP CO.
- Language: Fluent in German and English.
