Senior Product Manager

As a Commercial Product Manager at Deutsche Telekom AG, you will be responsible for the successful operation of selected TV propositions across EU markets. Your role will involve the development, management, and enhancement of these propositions, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposition Development: Engage with the head of TV propositions to develop new TV propositions, including market analysis, definition of the 4Ps, customer segmentation, competitive positioning, pricing, and revenue forecasting.
- Proposition Operation: Ensure the successful operation of TV propositions, including regular performance management, managerial reporting, and budget management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, including TV product team, Central IT, EU IT teams, and Natcos, to ensure successful execution of TV propositions.
- Go to Market: Develop or support the development of go-to-market concepts together with partners and Natcos, and review G2M performance with partners and Natcos.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end commercial lifecycle of TV propositions, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
- New Partner and Proposition Onboarding: Lead and coordinate the onboarding of new partners and propositions, and support partner negotiations and contract development.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, assess competitive threats, and understand evolving customer needs.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of technological advancements and regulatory changes that can impact the TV product landscape, and foster a culture of innovation to drive the development of disruptive and differentiated propositions.
Requirements:
- Experience or high interest in Digital Media and TV propositions or content business and an understanding of the technology.
- Understanding of Telco business models (mobile, fix, and TV) advantageous.
- Previous working experience by telco and knowledge of DT Europe markets would be preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, with experience in complex, dynamic, and cross-functional environments involving multiple teams across geographies.
- Knowledge in the following areas: product & service lifecycle management, marketing & go-to-market, rollout-management, partner management.
- Excellence in operation, reporting, and financial planning.
- A hands-on and getting things done mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.
- Entrepreneurial mind.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English. German is not a must.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Degree in business administration (with focus on international management) or a comparable qualification with sound business management know-how.
