About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Legal Operations Radar to join our team at HENSOLDT AG. As a key member of our Legal Operations Radar department, you will be responsible for providing operational advice to our division management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Legal Operations Radar unit for the HENSOLDT Group, providing strategic advice to divisional management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to standardize legal advice, ensuring efficient deployment of your team with high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other specialist departments to draft, review, and negotiate contracts for the Radar division.
  • Prepare documents on contractual risks as part of the risk management process.
  • Develop and conduct training for relevant target groups in your area of responsibility.

Requirements

  • Fully qualified lawyer with passed first and second state examinations in law.
  • Several years of professional experience in the legal department of an internationally operating company and in project business.
  • Knowledge of German civil law and German public procurement law.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way.
  • Proactive and strategic thinker, with the ability to drive issues forward and find solutions that meet business needs.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide your team to work independently.
