Sales Associate for Postal Services

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Associate (m/f/d) for our postal services, specifically in a part-time capacity of 7.5 hours per week. This role is temporary and involves engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Promote and sell our comprehensive range of postal services, including letters and packages, at a Deutsche Post Shop GmbH location.
- Work on two weekdays (Friday-Saturday and Monday-Tuesday) during afternoon hours, alternating weekly.
- Assist in covering for colleagues during their absences due to holidays or illness.
What We Offer:

- Part-time employment with social security contributions, available as a mini job or midijob.
- Comprehensive paid training over multiple days.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Completion of secondary education is required.
- Fluency in German, both spoken and written, is essential.
- Physical fitness and resilience are necessary for the role.
- A clean criminal record is mandatory.
