ARRK Engineering is a leading company in the field of audio system development and optimization. We are seeking a highly skilled Audio Specialist System Tuning Expert to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in audio technology and system tuning. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing audio systems in vehicles of various development stages at different locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a member of the Audio Team, you will be responsible for independently tuning audio systems in vehicles at various development stages.
  • You will use high-precision measurement technology and microphones to analyze and measure the audio system, as well as your trained ear to create a subjective sound evaluation and optimize the frequency response.
  • You will analyze and evaluate problems such as faulty functions or noise and identify their cause together with the development team.
  • You will work in an international supplier and customer environment as well as in interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

  • A successful degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Audio or Media Technology or a comparable qualification, based on several years of professional experience in the described field of activity.
  • Sound knowledge of DSP tuning software and measurement technology, Müller-BBM PAK, Head-Acoustics, Audiomatica Clio or similar systems.
  • Experience in the field of automotive development and/or audio system development is desirable.
  • Proven good hearing and sound knowledge in the field of electroacoustics and sound transformation.
  • Special affinity for authentic sound and correct audio reproduction.
  • High problem-solving competence, very good analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Independent, structured, and result-oriented way of working as well as team skills.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Munich or Ingolstadt as a possible location.
