Senior Python API Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Python API Developer (F/M/D) who is enthusiastic about creating robust APIs to enhance our innovative team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing high-quality APIs that will be utilized by our UI team to realize their creative concepts on our Design Studio platform. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in Python development and a dedication to delivering seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in the development of back-end web applications and REST APIs, leveraging your extensive web development background.
- Produce efficient, readable, and maintainable Python code, embracing complex challenges that go beyond standard Python API development.
- Employ linters and other code quality tools to uphold high standards of code organization and cleanliness.
- Over 3 years of experience in Python, with familiarity in Python web frameworks, particularly FastAPI and Pydantic.
- Experience with asynchronous Python.
- Proficient in utilizing pytest and linters to ensure code quality.
- Knowledgeable in ORM in Python and databases, with a preference for MongoDB.
- Ability to write highly legible code, employing design patterns and widely accepted best practices.
- Strong understanding of web application back-end development.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Possess an agile mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
