• Manage and process travel expenses
• Record and process incoming invoices
• Prepare and assist with the annual financial statement
• Monitor and track incoming payments and debt collection
• Coordinate and process bank transactions
• Manage various business transactions in accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Proficient in German GAAP (HGB)
• Knowledge of SAP (specifically Business One)
• Extensive experience in financial accounting
• Independent and result-oriented work style
• Excellent German language skills and good English language skills for communication and documentation
