Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a sales territory in the Osnabrück area, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to grow existing customer relationships.
- Acquire new customers through initial contact, quotation, and contract negotiation.
- Maintain administrative and sales-related activities, ensuring seamless customer support.
- Collaborate with support functions and operational units to drive business growth.
- Support and expand existing customer business, fostering long-term relationships.
- Work closely with the Road Osnabrück branch manager to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Your Profile:
- Completed training or studies in forwarding and logistics or a comparable field.
- Proven experience in selling general cargo, part and full loads, preferably in the Osnabrück-Emsland area.
- Regional sales expertise in the Osnabrück-Emsland area, with a focus on general cargo and part and full loads, is highly desirable.
- Confident appearance, strong networking skills, and high self-organization.
- Persuasiveness and negotiating skills for acquiring new customers and closing deals.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Creativity and initiative to drive business growth.
