About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at U.S. Air Force – Personalbüro Ramstein Air Base. As a Project Manager for Construction Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the development of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
