Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate/ Cashier to join our team at PENNY. As a Sales Associate/ Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning the sales floor, and ensuring that all products are properly displayed.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate with customers and make recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
