Plant HR Business Partner

TE Connectivity's Plant HR Business Partner plays a critical role in fostering partnership across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees. This position works closely with management to implement corporate policies related to human resources, organizational development, and employee growth.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of strategic talent, organization design, and organizational effectiveness support across respective client groups.
- Provide leadership, counsel, and support to the In-Country Management team for key business initiatives and business-related matters and processes.
- Coordinate and collaborate effectively with the HR organization for data-driven best practice solutions and their execution.
- Define and analyze Plant HR KPIs, driving actions for cost efficiency.
- Facilitate and drive key talent development plans to strengthen the talent pipeline for all critical positions.
- Take informed risks where needed, measuring cost/benefit trade-offs, and working toward enterprise goals.
- Serve as the voice of the business within the BU/Function HR Leadership team.
- Enterprise advocacy for Diversity, Engagement, and Inclusion.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology, or any related field; A master's degree is a plus.
- Significant HR-related experience; breadth of HR knowledge and skills in variety of fields, preferred also in international context and Business Partner role; experience in a manufacturing and/or operations environment is strongly preferred.
- Must be fluent in German and English - written and spoken.
- Executive level experience; Experience influencing without authority.
- Ability to influence, lead, and drive execution into the functions/region through close partnership and collaboration with the broader HR function.
- Proved track record in Talent Management, Change Leadership, and Organizational Development.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced, international matrix organization.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Has advanced knowledge of German labor laws and obligations and uses this knowledge to advise management, especially in conflict situations.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication.
