Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to join our team at Aroundhome. As a key member of our platform team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS, GCP, and other cloud platforms.
  • Develop and maintain cloud-based applications and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize cloud infrastructure needs.
  • Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of cloud-based systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong background in cloud computing, with experience in AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Ruby, or Typescript.
  • Experience with container technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code technologies like Terraform.
  • Strong understanding of logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
