Counterintelligence Subject Matter Expert and Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Counterintelligence Subject Matter Expert and Planner to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our counterintelligence team, you will be responsible for supporting counterintelligence functions, including collections, operations, investigations, analysis, and functional or technical services.
Key Responsibilities- Support counterintelligence functions, including collections, operations, investigations, analysis, and functional or technical services.
- Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts to drive innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts in counterintelligence.
- Mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.
- 15+ years of experience with counterintelligence.
- 10+ years of experience as a Special Agent or Operations Officer.
- Experience working with multi-lateral or bi-lateral organizations.
- Experience working at or above the COCOM level.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, or International Relations.
- 18+ years of experience supporting CI or HUMINT operations.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience as a investigative MDCO or National Agency Agent.
- Knowledge of biometrics and the use of identity data in CI or HUMINT operations.
- Knowledge of technical tools and data science programs.
- Master's degree in Criminal Justice, Political Science, International Relations or related area of study.
- Certifications in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related technical certifications.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

CompensationSalary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD).
